Albany Park Deceptive Discount Class Action Settlement

Anyone in the U.S. who bought one or more items from AlbanyPark.com between June 21, 2020 and October 31, 2024. Every class member automatically gets a $115 store-credit voucher with no claim form needed; to take $115 in cash instead, file a short claim by August 18, 2026 (the online cash claim uses the CPT ID and passcode from your settlement notice).

Edloe Finch LLC, which does business as the direct-to-consumer furniture brand Albany Park, agreed to pay $14,993,930 to settle a class action alleging it deceptively advertised discounts and reference prices on AlbanyPark.com — showing 'sale' prices against inflated or fictitious 'original' prices. The complaint alleged this violated the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act, California False Advertising Law, and California Unfair Competition Law, plus common-law fraud and unjust enrichment. The court certified a nationwide settlement class of roughly 130,382 purchasers. Albany Park denies any wrongdoing and settled to avoid the cost and risk of continued litigation.

Who's excluded: Class members who opt out by August 18, 2026 give up all settlement benefits but keep the right to sue separately. Anyone who did not purchase from AlbanyPark.com during the June 21, 2020 – October 31, 2024 class period is not covered.
