What is this settlement about?
A settlement was reached in Cohen et al. v. eSupplements, LLC d/b/a Nutricost (Eastern District of New York) alleging that Nutricost marketed its Magnesium Glycinate supplements as 420 mg of magnesium 'as magnesium glycinate' when, per the plaintiffs, they were not. Nutricost created a non-reversionary $1,835,000 settlement fund and denies any wrongdoing; the court hasn't ruled on the merits.
Who's excluded: Covers only the 240- and 120-capsule '420 MG' variants bought during the class period. The per-unit value is pro rata, so it may be at or below the $19.95 cap depending on how many claims are filed.
How much can you get?

Without a Claim ID/PIN you can claim one Award Unit. With the Claim ID & PIN from your notice you can claim one unit per supplement you bought (per the sales records). Each unit is worth up to $19.95, set pro rata from the net fund.
