Gametime users who bought tickets through the Gametime website or app in California after April 18, 2018 through May 12, 2025. No claim form — eligible members get a credit voucher automatically.

The Gametime settlement resolves a California lawsuit, Thomas Backer et al. v. Gametime, Inc., in San Francisco Superior Court, alleging Gametime did not adequately disclose the fees on ticket purchases — part of the broader wave of 'hidden fee' / 'junk fee' cases against online ticket platforms. The complaint cites California's Unfair Competition Law, False Advertising Law, and Consumers Legal Remedies Act. Gametime denies all wrongdoing and says it fully disclosed its fees at checkout, but agreed to settle to avoid the cost of continued litigation. The court has preliminarily approved the deal for settlement purposes.

Who's excluded: Not in the class if you agreed to Gametime's post-April-2023 Terms by May 12, 2025; got full refunds/credits/chargebacks; intentionally used All-in-Pricing before your first class-period purchase; bought from Gametime or reached its checkout page before your first class-period purchase; or are a Gametime officer/director/employee or their family.
