KYB Americas Data Breach Class Action Settlement

People notified that their personal information was potentially accessed in the February 2025 KYB Americas data security incident. Filing a Claim Form (with the notice ID / details) is the only way to receive benefits.

A settlement was reached in Johnson et al. v. KYB Americas Corporation (Indiana Commercial Court, Marion County Superior Court) over a targeted data security incident on KYB's computer systems in February 2025, in which files containing personal information were potentially accessed. KYB denies wrongdoing and the court has not decided who is right; the parties settled to avoid the costs, risks, and uncertainty of continued litigation.

Who's excluded: The only way to get paid is to file a valid, timely Claim Form. If you do nothing you get no benefit and release your claims. Opt out by July 27, 2026 to keep the right to sue.
