Who qualifies?

U.S. residents who owned or bought a Siri-enabled Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook, HomePod, etc.) between September 17, 2014 and December 31, 2024 and experienced an unintended Siri activation during a private conversation. The claim period has closed.

What is this settlement about?

Apple agreed to a $95 million settlement resolving claims that Siri accidentally recorded users' private conversations after unintended activations and that those recordings may have been shared with third parties such as advertisers and contractors. The class covered Siri-enabled Apple devices from September 17, 2014 to December 31, 2024, with payments of up to $20 per device (up to five devices). Apple denied wrongdoing.
