U.S. residents who owned or bought a Siri-enabled Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, MacBook, HomePod, etc.) between September 17, 2014 and December 31, 2024 and experienced an unintended Siri activation during a private conversation. The claim period has closed.

Apple agreed to a $95 million settlement resolving claims that Siri accidentally recorded users' private conversations after unintended activations and that those recordings may have been shared with third parties such as advertisers and contractors.
