## Who qualifies
People who sent a Western Union wire transfer between January 1, 2004 and March 9, 2020 and were the victim of a fraud scheme, and who did not already get full compensation in Phase 1 or 2. You need the 10-digit MTCN for each transfer. Open globally — you need not be a U.S. citizen.

## How to file your claim
1. Go to WesternUnionRemissionPhase3.com (or mail a petition). If you got a pre-populated letter, log in with the Claim ID and PIN.
2. For each transfer, enter the 10-digit MTCN, sent date, and amount; upload supporting documents if your MTCN can't be auto-verified.
3. Submit online or postmark by August 19, 2026 — filing is free and no attorney is required.
