## Who qualifies
People in the U.S. who owned a covered Shimano Hollowtech II road crankset made before July 2019 (Ultegra FC-6800/R8000, Dura-Ace FC-9000/R9100/R9100P) with a qualifying production code, and replaced it because it separated or delaminated. Includes bikes from Specialized, Trek, and Giant.

## How to file your claim

2. Provide proof of the replacement purchase and installation and that the replacement was due to separation/delamination (or a declaration plus a photo if you lack receipts).
