People who lived in the U.S. at the time of the September 2021 Pawn America data breach and whose information may have been compromised — including anyone who got an October 2021 notice from Pawn America, Payday America, or PAL Card. You need the Claim ID & PIN from that notice.

## How to file your claim

2. Select the $30 classwide cash (and $50 California, if eligible) and/or upload documentation for losses up to $5,000.
