Current and former owners/lessees of eligible 2009–2016 Mercedes-Benz BlueTEC or Freightliner Sprinter BlueTEC II diesels who have the Approved Emissions Modification (AEM) installed between Aug 1, 2023 and Aug 31, 2026 and file a claim by Sep 30, 2026. Nationwide — not limited by state.

## How to file your claim
1. Schedule the free AEM software install at an authorized Mercedes-Benz / Freightliner Sprinter dealer (must be done by Aug 31, 2026) and keep the final repair order.
2. Go to MBAEMIncentive.com and submit a claim with your proof of ownership/lease and the repair order.
3. File by September 30, 2026 — both the install and the claim deadlines are strict.
