People or entities who, as of April 14, 2025, own/lease or previously owned/leased a covered Hyundai or Kia model (e.g. 2011–2019 Sonata, 2018–2023 Kona, 2019–2021 Veloster, 2010–2013 Forte, 2011–2020 Optima, certain Sedona) originally sold/leased in the U.S. Confirm by VIN on the settlement site.

## How to file your claim
1. Enter your VIN at ACUSettlement.com to confirm the vehicle is covered.
2. File the claim with your Unique ID (or upload proof of ownership showing your name and VIN), and add receipts for any out-of-pocket reimbursement.
3. Submit online or postmark by April 8, 2027.
