## Who qualifies
There are two ways to qualify — and you can be in both. You qualify as a Purchaser Class member if you bought a Google-made device, and/or as a Privacy Class member if you used Google Assistant and were recorded by a 'False Accept.' The exact criteria for each are below; Privacy Class claims generally need no receipt.

## How to file your claim
1. Go to GoogleAssistantPrivacyLitigation.com and start a claim (enter the Unique ID + PIN from your email notice, or use the 'did not receive a notice' path).
2. Claim the Purchaser Class (list up to 3 Google-made devices, with model/serial and proof if asked) and/or the Privacy Class (certify you qualify — no receipt).
3. Submit online or postmark by August 27, 2026.
