## Who qualifies
U.S. residents who were under 13 years old when they downloaded or used a Google Play app at any time from April 1, 2015 to the present. No documentation needed — you attest under oath. If still under 18, a parent/guardian files for them.

## How to file your claim
1. Register at COPPAPrivacyClassAction.com to get a Unique Class Member ID by email.
2. Complete the online claim form with your address, birth month/year, an attestation, and payment selection (check or electronic).
3. Sign under penalty of perjury and submit online or postmark by September 14, 2026.
