## Who qualifies
People notified by Fidelity Investments that their information was exposed in the August 2024 data breach, or whose account and routing numbers were compromised. You need the Login ID & PIN from your notice. The ~$100 cash needs no proof; California residents get an extra $50.

## How to file your claim
1. Open FidelityDataSettlement.com and log in with the Login ID & PIN from your notice.
2. Select the ~$100 pro rata cash (and the $50 CCPA if a California resident), add the 2 years of credit monitoring, and upload documents for any losses up to $5,000.
3. Submit online or postmark by July 27, 2026.
