## Who qualifies
Two classes: (1) people who paid a Convenience Fee on Fandango orders to California theaters between June 11, 2020 and June 17, 2024; (2) California or Washington consumers who bought a Fandango FanClub membership between October 7, 2024 and April 16, 2025. Vouchers are automatic; cash needs a claim form with your Unique ID.

## How to file your claim
1. For a voucher: do nothing — it's issued automatically to non-opt-out class members after final approval.
2. For the $3.25 cash instead: file at FandangoMediaSettlement.com with the Unique ID + Confirmation Code from your email notice (or recover them with the Unique ID Lookup tool).
3. Submit the cash claim online or postmark by August 17, 2026.
